I have heard it said that the best defense is a good offense, and while this concept certainly works in sports and war, I find it to be abundantly true in the Battle of the Bulge. You've got to have a game plan if you are going to defend against the attackers of your weight loss and fitness goals. Basically, you need to learn how to snack and lose weight at the same time.
