"The Ultimate Bod" is a Lifestyle

The most important thing to remember on the Quest for the Ultimate Bod is to realize that this is a journey that you are on, a lifelong goal, a continuing lifestyle.  "Ultimate Bod" is not an item on a checklist to be marked off when completed; if you stop, your body will return to the condition it has become accustomed, whether too fat, or too thin, or simply too out-of-shape.

Not everyone on the quest has the same problem.  To some your hurdle to overcome is a general unhealthy addiction to junk food and the remote control, and you need to muscle up, get fit, get healthy.  Others will find it necessary to gain muscle AND lose weight.  Still others may be thin to the point of starvation, and, frankly, you OUGHT to eat a whole pizza every now and then!

The Ultimate Body, therefore, is less about being skinny and more about being healthy, being fit, and from there, shaping your body with the proper exercise and weight training appropriate for your body.
